Preparation for events

  • As the Forum forwards suggestions for potential speakers to us, we will give you the opportunity to ‘book’ speakers for Fireside Talks hosted by your Clubs and IGs. This will be processed through a Doodle Link. The link was send to you via mail.
  • Set date and time
  • Find and reserve a location
    • Look through the list of locations
    • Directly contact the location and make a reservation
  • Register your events through the form till the 24th of July
    • If your event is hosted in cooperation with a company we will check the event with EFA before it is added to the SC program/calendar (important in relation to the brand presence)
  • Let the Standing Committee know in time, if you need materials (flip charts, etc.)

Before the event

  • Pick up the FAN roll-up from the conference center and put it up during the event

After the event

  • Bring the FAN roll-up back to the Standing Committee (within one hour after the event)
  • Send us a Facebook link with the review of the event, so we can share it
