Participation fee
We are offering a discount for “early birds” that register until April 15, 2018.
“Early bird” ticket: EUR 30,- (Deadline: April 15, 2018)
Regular ticket: EUR 50,- (Deadline May 4, 2018)
The deadline for the registration is May 4, 2018. Additional registrations might be possible after the registration deadline, given the availability.

How many members of each Club are able to register?
Clubs: The maximum number of participants are four persons per Club/IG.
Ambassadors: Two persons per country.
Price for accommodation
The accommodation (incl. breakfast) is included in the participation fee.
Up to 4 people can participate per club/IG, but only 2 persons are eligible for an early bird ticket.
Cancellation fee:
– none until May 6, 2018
– 50% from May 7, 2018
– 100% for no shows
Accommodation
Please let us know if you want us to book a room for you during your stay in Innsbruck. We reserved a number of double bed rooms in Hotel Altpradl (Pradler Strasse 8, A-6020 Innsbruck).
