On behalf of Initiative Group Alpbach Romania (IGAR) it is our pleasure to invite you to the Forum Alpbach Network Spring Conference 2020, which will take place from May 1st to 3rd in Brașov, Romania.
Early-bird-tickets for EUR 35,- will be available until March 1st for two participants per Club/IG maximum. The full participation fee is EUR 55,- and includes accommodation with breakfast, two meals and conference material. You can also apply for refund of your travel expenses contacting IGAR after the conference. A maximum number of four participants per Club/IG can register. We kindly ask you to confirm your participation by March 16th latest.
You can find the draft schedule below. Further details such as the agenda, tips for your travel to Brașov and the final program will be communicated by mid-April.
In order to get to Brașov in a more eco-friendly way – keeping to the EFA’s philosophy of being a green forum – we offer to provide a direct bus or to book a night train ride (with price reduction for groups) from Vienna and back. Please fill out this DOODLE so we can see if any of these options would be accepted by enough people.

Participation fee
We are offering a discount for “early birds” that register until March 1st 2020.

The deadline for the registration is March 16th 2020. Additional registrations might be possible after the registration deadline, given the availability.

How many members of each Club are able to register?
Clubs – The maximum number of participants are four people per Club/IG.
Ambassadors – Two people per country.
Price for accommodation
The accommodation (incl. breakfast) for two nights is included in the participation fee. Up to four people can participate per club/IG, but only 2 persons are eligible for an early bird ticket.

Please let us know if you want us to book a room for you during your stay in Brașov. We reserved a number of double-bed rooms at the Kolping Hotel Brașov (Strada Petőfi Sándor 27, Brașov 500107).
Cancellation fee
