We are offering again a discount for “early birds” that register until April 15th 2017.
“Early bird” ticket: 15€. (Deadline April 15th)
Regular ticket: 30€. (Deadline May 13th)
The deadline for the registration is May 13th, 2017. Additional registrations might be possible after the registration deadline, if there is still capacity.
Please consider that due to high foreign bank transfer costs (about 10-15 € per transaction) the registration fee will be payed in cash on the day of arrival at the hostel lobby in Belgrade. However the registration is binding.
How many members of each Club are able to register?
Clubs: The maximum number of participants are four persons per Club/IG
Ambassadors: Two persons per country.
Price for accommodation
The accommodation of two club representatives and one ambassador per country for three nights at the hostel are free of charge. Breakfast is included. Any extra Club members or other extra costs will not be covered.
Please let us know if you want us to book a room for you during your stay in Belgrade. We reserved a number of rooms in two youth-friendly hostels with three or four beds each. The accommodation will be at Downtown Central Hostel (Street Kolarceva 7) and Belgrade Modern Hostel (Street Makedonska 21). Distance between these two hostels is less then 300m as you can see here:

The best travel options (from Vienna) are either by plane (Air Serbia or Austrian Airlines – approx. 140€ pp) or by bus (approx. 50€ pp). Howere we also created a Facebook Group so that all participants are connected and ride sharings might be organized.
